Call for Proposal for the Design and Development of Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) Motor Controller ASIC

  • The objective of this Call for Proposal is to promote the design and development of a Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) Motor Controller ASIC to meet India's growing demand for high-performance, energy-efficient motor control solutions. This initiative aims to strengthen India's capabilities in semiconductor design, driving innovation toward globally competitive, indigenous products. Proposals from Startups and MSMEs (Individually or in consortium with other Startup/MSME/Domestic Company) as per defined eligibility criteria with a commercialization plan are encouraged.
  • The Call for Proposal is open for Startups and MSMEs (Individually or in consortium with other Startup/MSME/Domestic Company). The organization applying under the Call for Proposal should meet the Eligibility Criteria and should be in line with the Guidelines for Submission of Proposals.
  • Organizations are requested to download the Proposal Format - (i) Technical Application Proforma (ii) Financial Application Proforma and (iii) Terms of Condition governing Grant-in-aid of MeitY and duly fill it. The duly filled hard copy may be sent to Shri Vivian Desalphine, Scientist F, CDAC Bangalore, Knowledge Park, #1, Old Madras Road, Byappanahalli, Bengaluru - 560038 as per following:
    1. Sealed Envelope 1 containing Technical Application and Terms & condition governing Grant-in-aid
    2. Sealed Envelope 2 containing Financial Application

    NOTE: Organization are strictly advised not to include any financial details in the Technical Application.

  • The last date for submission of hard copy of proposal to CDAC Bangalore is 3rd January 2025. Project Proposal received after 3rd January 2025, will not be considered for evaluation.
